All the user needs to do is to send an email with an excel or pdf file attached to a predefined address.
Successfully submitted documents for processing, the user receives a processed final invoice to his email address.
An error that prevented the process from running returns an email message to the user with a file describing the error, the necessary steps, and the file that caused the error.
